Lifeview will once again be celebrating diversity and inclusion at Melbourne’s Midsumma Carnival this Sunday at Alexandra Gardens.  Following a successful outing last year we are excited to be returning to this fantastic celebration.

“Midsumma is a great avenue for Lifeview to spread the word on the LGBTI friendly aged care services it offers, as well as promoting its up and coming Lifeview Marigold development, Lifeview CEO Madeline Gall said.

“As Australia’s only private provider of aged care to be Rainbow Tick accredited, we feel we have a responsibility to spread the word on inclusive aged care services and educate the wider community on how they can access appropriate and respectful care.”

“We’re proud to lead the way on providing trusted and inclusive care and hope in the future other providers will also step up to the mark in this area”, she added.

Lifeview representatives will be available on the day to discuss differing care options, employment opportunities and the progress of Lifeview Marigold – Australia’s first LGBTI and friends’ retirement and aged care precinct.

Visitors to the Lifeview stand will also be able to view a gallery of photographs capturing the essence of Lifeview – its residents celebrating life and embracing people from all cultures and backgrounds.

To round out the Midsumma Festival Lifeview residents, staff and extended families are once again honoured to take part in the Pride March on Sunday 29 January under the banner “Pride Comes in all Ages.”
