We are seeking passionate Registered Nurses, to work at our boutique Rainbow Tick accredited, homes in Cranbourne, Chelsea, Emerald and Wheelers Hill.

We are looking for proactive, forward-thinking Registered Nurses (Resident Wellness Managers), who are able to provide clinical leadership and ensure delivery of person-centred care to the residents. These positions are supported by an experienced Clinical Governance Executive and team, along with the Residential Manager (RN) and Clinical Care Manager (RN).  Various permanent part-time shifts are on offer across a 7-day roster, however, we request you work a minimum of two shifts per week to ensure continuity of care for the residents.

This model of care is a collaboration with residents and their families, and requires multi-skilled staff who are agile and willing to do things differently.

The successful applicants will be:

  • A Registered Nurse currently registered in Australia (APHRA) without any notation
  • A confident team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a passion for leading clinical outcomes
  • Minimum 2-years RN experience in aged care in Australia
  • Postgraduate qualifications in gerontology, Dementia Care, Palliative Care or Wound Management or relevant discipline desirable but not mandatory
  • Focused on improving quality of life for the residents
  • Demonstrated success in clinical leadership roles
  • Understanding of aged care funding models
  • Clinical governance skills will be highly regarded
  • Sound clinical decision-making skills
  • Sound understanding of relevant legislation and experience in meeting Australian Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and have a balanced and level-headed approach to emergency and stressful situations that arise
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Highly organised with proven ability to appropriately prioritise tasks in a busy environment
  • Ability to use computer software in the delivery of care services
  • Hold a current drivers license
  • Please note: You must be vaccinated (x3) against COVID-19 to work in aged care
